Ordering

The Triumph International (AustraliaNew Zealand) website lets you conveniently purchase our products round the clock.

Ordering in four simple steps:

Step 1: Adding products to your shopping bag

Browse through the website and click on a product image. Select a size and colour and click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. The Shopping Bag will drop down from the top right of the website. You can check the contents of your Bag at any time by hovering over the Shopping Bag. Click the "Checkout" button.

"Quick View" is also available on all category pages and provides a quick and easy way to view and add products to your Shopping Bag.

Step 2: Review your order and select payment preference

At this step you can change quantities and remove items from your shopping bag.

When you are ready proceed to the next step by selecting your payment preference – PayPal or Credit Card. NOTE: If you select PayPal you will login through PayPal and return to the Order Confirmation (Step 4 below).

Step 3: Login/Check out as Guest

Already Registered? Enter your login and password and we will use your registered billing and shipping address.

First time purchaser? You can either create an account or checkout as a guest. Creating an account means your details will be saved to make your next purchase faster and easier. Simply fill in the registration form (all fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory). Please refer to our privacy policy for information on the confidentiality of your data at Triumph AustraliaNew Zealand.

Step 4: Order Review and Confirmation

Do a final review of order. If you are paying by credit card, enter your credit card details and click "Complete Order". If you are paying by PayPal simply click "Complete Order".

Confirmation email

As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an automated email acknowledging receipt. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. View our shipping page for more information on delivery times.

If you do not receive a confirmation email as expected, please check your spam folder. If you do find the email in your spam folder, you can avoid this problem in future by adding our email address to your contacts. Please get in touch with customer service if you do not receive an email as expected.

Changing or cancelling an order

After placing your order you can also change or cancel your order right up until we send the dispatch confirmation. To do so, call the Triumph customer service on 1800 777 2080508 415 415.

Once your order has been completed in the system, the only changes we can make are to either cancel your order or to swap a size or colour (provided the swapped colour is of equal value). Contact us before midday (NZST) on our Customer Service line 0508 415 415 in order to make these arrangements.

Promotion codes for campaigns

Within the scope of its marketing campaigns, Triumph issues promotion codes from time to time for free delivery, discounts, etc. To use a promotion code, please enter it on the shopping cart "Order Review and Confirmation" page. You may only use one promotion code per purchase. Some codes are valid for a limited time only. If your promotion code does not work, please check whether it has expired.
