Log into your My Triumph account and visit the Points & Vouchers area. Click Convert Points. You can now "View My Vouchers" at the checkout to redeem.

My Triumph rewards points can be earned when purchasing products from au.triumph.com or in a Triumph retail store.
Points cannot be earned when shopping via Myer, David Jones, The Iconic or other stockists.
If you have converted your points to a voucher via your online My Triumph account, you can then use the voucher:
ONLINE: Go to the online checkout, click View My Vouchers and REDEEM, The voucher will then be added to your cart automatically. This voucher can now only be used online.
IN-STORE: Please visit a Triumph retail store and our team will redeem your voucher (or convert your points) at the register.
Please note online vouchers cannot be used for in-store purchases.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase in which they were earned.
Reward vouchers are valid for 3 months, while Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days.
If you purchase online, your points will be allocated to your My Triumph account within 14 days. They will be valid for 12 months from your purchase date.
When shopping in-store, your points will be available the following day.
Yes, you can use more than one rewards voucher on a single order (including birthday vouchers). Please note that some vouchers have conditions of use (e.g. birthday vouchers can only be used on orders over $85).
Log into your My Triumph account and check your Points & Vouchers area. Cick "Convert Points to Voucher" and choose the point amount that you want converted to a voucher. You can now proceed to the checkout, click "View My Vouchers" and hit Redeem. This voucher will be added to your cart.
Rewards vouchers can be used to purchase any products, excluding e-gift cards.
If you received the message "Email already signed up" that means you already had an online shopping account which needs to be reactivated. Please visit My Triumph Activation and enter your email. You will receive a one-time password via email which you can use to sign in. You will then be asked to set a more meaningful password for your My Triumph account.
Log into your My Triumph account and check your Points & Vouchers area. You will see any available vouchers listed at the bottom of the page. To redeem these, go to the checkout and click "View My Vouchers".
If you have selected the express Checkout Options for Shop Pay or Paypal, you will not be able to see My Triumph voucher options. Please proceed through the regular checkout and complete the Information, Shipping and Payment steps.
If you still cannot see the "View My Vouchers" button, please ensure you are logged into your account.
Only orders placed while logged into an online account will display in your Order history. If you used guest checkout, or placed an order from a stockist (e.g. Myer) this will not display in your My Triumph account.
The birthday voucher is issued at the start of your birth month. It is only applicable on orders over $85, therefore if your cart is less than this amount, you will not see the option to redeem it at checkout.
