Empowerment

At the recent event hosted in Sydney, Conversations with Women Who Triumph, we were proud to announce our partnership with Dress for Success. At the event, we were very lucky to be joined by Dress for Success Fundraising Manager Beverley Brock and skilled volunteer Meryl Rundle, who work tirelessly to support women and promote the work of the Dress for Success Organisation.

Dress for Success is a global not-for-profit dedicated to promoting the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and career development tools to help them thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success is part of a global movement for change, empowering women to obtain safer and better futures. Every woman has the right to realise her full potential.

At Triumph, we too are passionate about supporting and empowering women, which is why we are proud to be working with the team in Sydney and giving our support to women who need it. Dress for Success Sydney, dress, style and support over 3000 women each year. This includes everything from corporate wear, jewellery, shoes, handbag, and beauty products and of course, underwear.

‘At Triumph, we believe that confidence comes from what you are wearing, including that layer of support that is not always seen, your underwear.’ Alana Jones, Triumph Australia’s Brand Marketing Manager. ‘When a woman is supported and confident, she walks a little taller and feels empowered. We want to help the women at Dress for Success on their mission to give support, advice and encouragement for those women in need to feel confident.’

We will donate much-needed product to the Organisation to help those women that need the support and guidance for their upcoming interview or meeting and provide the support and advice with our expert bra fitters sharing their knowledge with volunteers who fit the women.

It is exciting and rewarding to work with Dress for Success in their mission to help women achieve a successful life - whichever way they choose to define this.
