Triumph is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your lingerie purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order due to damaged or faulty goods, incorrect supply of order, or perhaps you've just changed your mind, simply return your garments in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date to our online store.
FREE & EASY 60 DAYS RETURNS ONLINE
Our online platform offers our full range of product and we will endeavour to provide the same high level of delivery service and customer support as always,along with our free & easy returns policy. To help ease any concerns, we have extended the existing returns policy to 60 days. (as of 18.03.2020)
- We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed.
- Exchanges are possible for an alternate colour or size. This is subject to availability and a refund will be processed if we aren’t able to fulfil your exchange request.
- Proof of purchase must be provided when returning your goods.
- Original freight charges will not be refunded unless the goods are deemed damaged or faulty at time of purchase.

HOW CAN I RETURN GARMENTS?
New Online Returns
Simply submit your details here to start your return or exchange and send your parcel to the reply paid address below.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date on which we receive the returned garments. We endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your refund. Any refunds will be made to the original payment method when you placed your order.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE RATHER THAN REFUND?
We can certainly exchange a garment for you provided you want to exchange for the same style, just different colour/size. The value of the garment you wish to change to, needs also to be the same as the one you are returning.
If you want to exchange to an item not meeting those criteria, then we will raise a refund to your original method of payment account, leaving you free to re-purchase from the online shopping site at your leisure.
As soon as we have dispatched your exchange, you will receive a confirmation email from Australia Post providing you with the new tracking number.
PROMOTION CODES AND DISCOUNTS
If you decide to return an order that has been purchased using a promo code, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the promo code. This means that if the garments returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend, then the discounted amount will be adjusted accordingly.
