AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY DELAYS

Australia Post have advised of significant delays in delivering parcels to all metro areas and particularly to regional and rural communities.

Delays will mean:

  • the delivery time for Perth and Brisbane may increase by up to five days
  • the delivery time for North Queensland may increase by up to seven days
  • the delivery times for Tasmania may increase by three days
  • additional restrictions may cause further delays across Melbourne due to the stage 4 restrictions (10.08.2020)

Express Shipping Service is still available, but will require additional time for delivery.

Australia Post is exploring all available transport alternatives and options, and working with the Australian Government, to minimise impacts for customers. Please, check the updates from Australia Post here. 

We continue to operate business as usual for our online products. Australia Post today reiterated it remains fully operational across Australia during government restrictions on non-essential activity (as of 22.03.2020)

Our online store currently delivers to addresses within Australia only.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days, after receipt of your order and payment. We anticipate delivery of your goods to be within 7 working days for standard delivery and 1-2 working days for express delivery (dependent on location), commencing on the date we send you our Dispatch Confirmation.

All orders will be sent via Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express Service. You can track your order via Australia Post's eParcel Service using the parcel's unique reference number. You will be advised of this unique reference number by email once your order has been dispatched. Visit http://auspost.com.au for further details on this service.

For eParcel standard delivery service postage and packaging will be charged for each order (not each item) at $7.95 for orders under $75. Orders over $75 will receive free postage. Should you wish to use the eParcel Express delivery option we charge a flat rate of $10 irrespective of the order value. While we offer Express Shipping, dispatch times will remain the same. Orders placed after 5am AEST will be dispatched the following business day. Business days refer to Monday-Friday and exclude public holidays. 
The eParcel standard and express delivery service requires a signature  If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements.

Please note that orders need to be in before 5am AEST on any given working day to be dispatched same day to ensure fast delivery for eParcel Express.
