ORDERING IN FOUR SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1: Adding products to your shopping bag

Browse through the website and click on a product image. Select a size and colour and click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. The Shopping Bag will drop down from the top right of the website. You can check the contents of your Bag at any time by hovering over the Shopping Bag. Click the "Checkout" button.

"Quick View" is also available on all category pages and provides a quick and easy way to view and add products to your Shopping Bag.

Step 2: Review your order and select payment preference

At this step you can change quantities and remove items from your shopping bag.

When you are ready, proceed to the next step by selecting your payment preference – PayPal or Credit Card.

Note: If you select PayPal, you will log in through PayPal and return to the Order Confirmation page (Step 4 below).

Step 3: Login/Check out as Guest

Already Registered?

Enter your login and password and we will use your registered billing and shipping address.

First time purchaser? You can either create an account or checkout as a guest. Creating an account means your details will be saved to make your next purchase faster and easier. Simply fill in the registration form (all fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory). Please refer to our privacy policy for information on the confidentiality of your data at Triumph Australia.

Step 4: Order Review and Confirmation

Complete a final review of your order. If you are paying by credit card, enter your credit card details and click "Complete Order". If you are paying by PayPal, simply click "Complete Order".

Shipping costs

Standard delivery shipping fees are based on your My Triumph membership status.

My Triumph members receive free standard delivery on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 will incur a $7.95 standard delivery fee.

Non-members receive free standard delivery on orders of $95 or more. Orders under $95 will incur a $7.95 standard delivery fee.

Express delivery is available Australia-wide for a flat fee of $10.00 per order, regardless of order value.

Confirmation email

As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an automated email acknowledging receipt. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. View our shipping age for more information on delivery times.

If you do not receive a confirmation email as expected, please check your spam folder. If you do find the email in your spam folder, you can avoid this problem in future by adding our email address to your contacts. Please get in touch with customer service if you do not receive an email as expected.

Changing or cancelling an order

After placing your order, you can change or cancel your order up until the time we send your dispatch confirmation. To do so, please contact Triumph Customer Service on 1800 777 208.

Promotion codes for campaigns

As part of its marketing campaigns, Triumph issues promotion codes from time to time for free delivery, discounts and other offers.

To use a promotion code, please enter it on the Shopping Cart "Order Review and Confirmation" page. Only one promotion code may be used per purchase. Some codes are valid for a limited time only. If your promotion code does not work, please check whether it has expired.
