(eww!)
Is the elastic bunching up at the back, or the straps constantly sliding down, cups starting to gape, band feeling too loose or too tight? Maybe the wires have gone all wonky or worse still are poking out? Then it is time! I know this bra has been closer to you than your best friend but it’s not holding things up any more so make that call. Time to ‘break up’ baby!
Head in-store! Visit one of our in-store Bra-lationship Experts (or Bra Fitters as we like to call them). No one bra is right for everyone. Have a chat with our bra fitters, discuss the good and the bad of your old bra-lationship, and what you are looking for in a new one.
Online BFF! If you aren’t sure of your size, and don’t have time to pop in-store you can use our online bra calculator, and even order a special bra size tape measure to find your size. If you are finding this all a bit too tricky, book an online fitting with one of our experts who can guide you through the process.
Make it last! You need to treat your bras with tender loving care and in return you’ll enjoy the benefit of loving, supportive, long term bra-lationships.
Give Them Some Space. Wearing your bra for a few days in a row doesn’t give it time for the elastic to “bounce-back”. Make sure you put your bras on a rotation and give it a break between wears.
Listen to Their Needs. Delicate fabrics can be damaged by machine washes. Where possible, hand-wash, otherwise ensure you are using a delicates’ cycle, with a bra bag and delicate laundry detergent.
Keep Your Cool. Avoid exposing your bra to too much heat. Use cool or warm water to wash your bra and never tumble dry.
Don’t Push Their Boundaries. When hanging, storing or travelling with your bra, try to ensure that the straps, wires and padded cups are protected so that the bra can retain its shape.
